Karlus ‘KC’ Cozart, II is originally from Ferguson, Missouri.  KC is originally from Ferguson, Missouri and has been a resident of Washington, DC since 2013.  He is a former Air Traffic Controller in the US Air Force and currently works in the federal government. KC is committed to promoting the interests of his neighbors with a focus on collaboration, safety, and recreation.  KC and his family live in the Queens Chapel neighborhood.
